  • Is our credit card charged when we make reservations?
A credit card number will be required to guarantee your reservation. However, your
credit card will not be charged until your arrival at the hotel on your check-in day.
Credit card will be charged only, if guest is no show or guest has not canceled
reservation at least 24-hours prior to check time. (Check-in time is 3:00 pm.)

  • We are flying into Memphis International Airport. How do we transfer to
    the hotel?
The Charlotte Douglas International airport is less than 5 miles north of the Real Value
Inn. Taxies are available at the airport. A taxi fare (up to 2 persons) is approximately
$12-$14.

  • Does the hotel have laundry facilities?
We have a coin-operated laundry with two washers and two dryers. Guest laundry
hours are 24/7.

  • Does the property have cribs or roll away?
Hotel has only one crib and one roll away bed,please call in advance to book it.
